One client. One point of coordination. Multiple jurisdictions.
International clients rarely operate within a single jurisdiction.
Personal, corporate and financial affairs may involve Monaco, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, the UAE and other jurisdictions, each with its own legal, tax, administrative and regulatory framework.
CMLS provides the coordination layer between these different environments.
We work alongside the client’s existing advisers — or help identify and connect the appropriate professionals where required — ensuring that the different parties involved remain aligned, informed and coordinated.
Our role is not to replace local specialists. We coordinate them.
A global view, with local expertise
CMLS maintains a broader view of the client’s situation while allowing each professional to remain responsible for their own area of expertise and jurisdiction.
Depending on the client’s structure, we may coordinate with trustees and fiduciaries, accountants, tax advisers, lawyers, bankers, family offices and other specialist professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
We facilitate communication, follow-up and information flow between the different parties, helping ensure that important matters are addressed consistently and in the right sequence.
One trusted point of contact, one coherent overview, and greater continuity across jurisdictions.
Monaco remains at the centre of our expertise
CMLS was established in Monaco in 2014 and has developed its expertise through a long-standing personal and professional presence in the Principality.
The Cairoli family has been resident in Monaco for over 15 years, providing the foundation for an in-depth understanding of the Principality’s administrative, corporate and institutional environment.
Over time, CMLS has developed a carefully selected network of trusted local professionals and established relationships within Monaco. This local knowledge remains an important part of what we offer.
For clients establishing or maintaining a presence in Monaco, CMLS provides direct coordination across residency, administrative, corporate and ongoing local matters — while also maintaining visibility over the wider international context in which these matters sit.
Our role
CMLS respects the independent professional responsibilities of every adviser involved in a client’s affairs.
We do not seek to act as the client’s lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, trustee or investment adviser. Instead, we provide the coordination between them.
We help establish the right connections, facilitate communication, monitor ongoing matters and maintain continuity between jurisdictions.
This allows each specialist to focus on their own area of expertise while CMLS maintains the broader operational overview on behalf of the client.
We do not replace specialists. We connect them.
Direct involvement, at every level
The office was established with a clear philosophy: to offer a highly personalised and reliable alternative to conventional service providers.
We deliberately limit the number of mandates we accept. This allows us to remain directly involved in client relationships, maintain continuity of attention and respond quickly when circumstances change.
For us, coordination is not simply an administrative function. It is an ongoing relationship built on proximity, discretion and trust.
